How does flight tracking work?
Share the flight number when you book. Our dispatch team monitors the arrival and adjusts the airport pickup plan when the schedule changes, so the chauffeur is working from the same information.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow the updated arrival time and keep the reservation moving with the flight. If you have a new destination, passenger detail, or special request, contact the concierge and we will update the plan.
How does the meet-and-greet work at IAH, Hobby, or an FBO?
Your confirmation explains where to meet. The chauffeur arrives with the passenger and pickup details, helps with the handoff, and stays reachable through dispatch if the terminal or curbside plan changes.
What are the waiting-time rules?
Included wait time depends on the type of pickup and is shown in the confirmed trip terms. Airport pickups are coordinated around the tracked flight; other pickups begin at the scheduled time. Call if a passenger needs more time so we can help.
Is gratuity included?
Not unless the written quote says it is. Gratuity is always at your discretion, and you are welcome to recognize the chauffeur directly.
How does corporate billing work?
Approved accounts can use agreed rates, credit terms, and consolidated billing. We keep the trip details clear so an executive assistant can book with confidence and a finance team can reconcile without chasing paperwork.
Can I set up recurring reservations?
Yes. We can arrange standing airport rides, weekly meetings, office transfers, or a repeat schedule. Share the rhythm of the travel and we will build the reservations around it.
What vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes executive sedans, premium SUVs, executive Sprinters, and group transportation. We match the vehicle to passenger count, luggage, privacy, and the pace of the itinerary.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Greater Houston and regularly serve IAH, Hobby, FBOs, downtown, Uptown, the Energy Corridor, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Clear Lake, Galveston, and nearby communities. Long-distance and multi-city trips are available with advance planning.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for airport peaks, large groups, roadshows, and special events. We also welcome last-minute requests and will tell you clearly what is available.
